What Jolly reads from WorkJam
Clock-in and clock-out punches
The time each worker clocked in and out and, where the system records it, their location, so on-time arrivals and full shifts can be counted for each worker.
Open shift and swap activity
Who picked up an open shift or accepted a swap, and when, so a campaign can pay the workers who fill gaps in the schedule.
Break and overtime rules
Missed breaks, overtime past a set limit, and shifts that ran too long, flagged for each worker and shift.
Campaigns you can run on WorkJam

Jolly reads the same operational data from any of these.
WorkJam integration FAQ
No. Your team keeps working in WorkJam. Jolly reads the records WorkJam keeps as the work happens, and campaigns pay out on those records, not on numbers people report at the end of the week.
No. Every Jolly integration is read-only. Jolly reads the data a campaign needs and sends nothing back. Connecting WorkJam changes no records, settings, or screens in it, and the people who use it every day keep working the same way.
Our team connects WorkJam with yours during implementation, as part of the Jolly rollout. Tell us which other systems you run, including ones that aren't in our catalog yet and ones you plan to replace.
They keep running alongside Jolly. Jolly runs a separate campaign with its own budget, goals, and payout, and tracks it from the schedule and attendance data in WorkJam. Nothing in WorkJam gets switched off.
The campaign follows the change. Jolly reads the updated schedule from WorkJam, so when a shift is added, dropped, or swapped, the campaign counts the new schedule, not the one from launch day.
